One day to go to the iPhone OS 3.0 preview
Media Modus holds it’s breath for the new iPhone OS 3.0
Only a few weeks ago i was up in Durham and decided to trade in my Palm which was becoming a little glitchy and got myself a Blackberry Storm, nice phone with great push email service. BUT getting access to your social networks on a Blackberry Storm is a bit like wearing marigolds and peeling an orange, basically it’s no iPhone

iPhone OS 3.0
Why did i buy it? you ask, well the words ‘months left on contract’ and ‘grrr’ sum that about up. But if i could in the immortal words of Cher “turn back time”, i’d be typing this on my iPhone right now.
Ok, so i like im an Apple Geek, i like the slick designs, find the designer Jonathan Ive a pretty interesting guy, get a kick out of being a bit annoying about dropping the terms ‘well if you had a Mac..” into conversations and still drool after five months over new apps for my ipod touch.

iPhone applications
Ok, as of tomorrow the new OS 3.0 version of the iPhone will be unveiled to the press at their Calafornian head quaters on the 17th of March, thats tomorrow as of today, a further rumour being that they will be also unveiling the new Apple touch screen tablet (but thats still a rumour)
But why am i so excited?

- The new iPhone will have cut and paste facility for MMS (check out the Zemanta link)
- It will have the ability to run and receive updates from multiple apps at once (i only wish)
- Can be used as a modem for broadband access for your laptop (i rest my case)
