We recently had an oportunity to use the Tooltip widget from the Adobe Spry Framework that ships with Dreamweaver CS4, it worked great until the toolip reached the boundaries of the browser window, at which point it would flicker like mad! Ugly, YES!

I fixed this by adding a new option called “respectBoundaries” which when set to true will do as it says on the tin.
